Enjoy the fully furnished kitchen and screened-in porch. Kids and pets are encouraged. 3 bedrooms, sleeps maximum of 6 people. Two bedrooms have one double bed each, and one bedroom has two twin beds. There is a private meadow behind the house for dogs. The tranquil lake is in protected wetlands area. Many kids' books, videos, games are available as well as a boat. The cottage is about 130 meters from the lake, across a dirt road. There is a nine-hole golf course 4 miles away.

May and September are often chilly at night in Vermont. Electric baseboard heat is available in bathrooms and living room.

May 15 - October 15:
$650/week.
$325/weekend (fri 2pm - mon 10 am).
$120/night.
9% VT rooms tax added to rates for rentals of 30 days or less.

Rental deposit ($200) holds the cottage for one or two weeks. It is refundable if booking is canceled within 30 days. Single week stays can pay when you arrive. Stays of 2 weeks and longer must be paid in advance. Payment dates negotiable. If booking is canceled within 30 days (for other than dire emergency) half of the rental fee will be refunded.
