This lake front cottage sleeps up to 8. With 2 bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 bath and a wide open living space (kitchen, dining and living room). There is plenty of room for the whole family. Please note kitchen is complete but guests must bring towels and bedding.

While the inside of the cottage is great, the outside is even better...there is a gorgeous view of the Adrinodack Mts and beautiful Lake Champlain from the front deck. Burton's and Butler's Islands are just a short boat ride away. Or you can spend your days lounging by the beach or exploring beautiful Lake Champlain in the kayaks provided. After a relaxing day on the lake, you can spend your evenings grilling out (gas grill provided), roasting marshmallows by the bonfire and enjoying the spectacular sunsets! Fun for all is guaranteed!
