Alburgh Springs is your gateway to the perfect vacation. It is situated on Lake Champlain in Grand Isle County. Alburgh Springs lies on the east side of a peninsula that extends south from Canada. This is a prime location with protected Missisquoi Bay for safe swimming, kayaking-canoeing and boating. Rise with the birds to enjoy the sun rising over the Green Mountains and shimmering on the lake until it sets behind you on the west side of the peninsula.
Alburgh is a small town where nature fulfills your vacation needs. Whether you want to hear the songbirds or visit the Missisquoi National Wildlife Refuge or Vermont State Parks. Quaint Isle La Motte and Saint Anne’s Shrine is only a 15 minute drive. There are many safe bike routes to choose from in Grand Isle County. Rent of $1600, includes all taxes and fees for housekeeping and booking. No pets.
Reservation deposit of $800 and security deposit of $500 is due when booked, balance is payable one month before reservation. All payments must be in US Dollars only.
Cancellation up to fourteen days before your reservation and get 50% refund of reservation deposit and 100% of security deposit, after that reservation deposit is nonrefundable.

No parties or events.
Maximum 10 residents, no smoking in cottage, no RVs or camping.
