The house at 148 Birch Lane Killington is extremely spacious (2000 sq.ft.) with a great room that has a cathedral ceiling and 3 large skylights. It sleeps 12 -14 people. Near the couches in the living room is a Russo wood stove that has a large glass viewer where you can see the entire fire while feeling its warmth. It has 5 private bedrooms with queen beds in 2 upper level bedrooms; at ground level is a large bunkroom with 4 bunk beds that sleep 4 singles, 1 bedroom with twin beds that sleep 2 singles or 1 couple if you join the beds, and 1 bedroom that has a double size bunk bed for 2 singles or 1 to 2 couples. There are 3 bathrooms and a washer/dryer room. The bath rooms are tiled with glass enclosed showers and granite counters.

Also there is an outdoor 5 person hot tub and a gas grille on a large 450sq/ft deck which overlooks the Killington ski trails. There is parking for about 8 cars. It also has many other amenities to make your stay enjoyable including wireless internet access, a game table, a DVD and CD player, and a large, high definition, flat screen cable TV. The house is in a private setting that enables you to see spectacular trail views (the base lodges are less than 2 miles away) and walk to Killington Market, the ski shuttle, and the bars/restaurants.

Available winter midweeks (Sun. to Fri.), weekends, full weeks, or summer and fall rentals. We do not do winter seasonal rentals.

For summer renters, there is use of the Killington cummunity outdoor heated swimming pool. This recreation area includes baseball/soccer fields, 3 tennis courts, all located in a beautiful valley surrounded by green mts. Lake swimming and boating is 10 to 15 minutes away. The rental rates are very reasonable.
