Dock right out front door. Canoe with paddles and life jackets. Paddle Boat & fishing gear. Walking distance to the local store, deli, liquor and grocery (also night crawlers for fishing!)

Tourist attractions: Burlington Waterfront on Lake Champlain, Church Street shopping and restaurant area, Champlain Islands, Smugglers Notch 30 minutes, Stowe and Mt. Mansfield less than an hour away. Border of Quebec, Canada is just 45 minutes; Montreal & the St. Lawrence Seaway.

Day Trips: Shelburne Farms & Museum, beautiful Stowe area, Ben and Jerrys Ice Cream in Waterbury, quaint Vermont towns with local art and crafts, farmers markets with home grown fruits and veggies; Charlotte Ferry across Lake Champlain to the Dockside Restaurant in quaint town of Essex, New York. Tourist information & day trip directions provided

$1400 per week or $225 per day, minimum 3 night stay.
Plus 9% Vermont State Room Tax.
$500 Security Deposit

Will negotiate extended stays.

Cleaning fee $100 for one couple;
$150 for four or more persons
Cleaning will be done upon departure.

Full payment is due within 10 days of booking, payable by check only. Rental fee is non-refundable with less than 30 days notice in case of cancellation.
