Assortment of restaurants nearby, including the Sugarhouse and several in S. Royalton Village, home of Vermont Law School, only 6 mi. away. Only 25 min. to Upper Valley (shopping ctrs., restaurants). In winter go sliding, snowshoeing, skiing at one of the nearby resorts, or bring snowmobiles & jump on VAST trail next to the property.

The town of Tunbridge has many events in the summer: History Mystery Walk, Magical History Bus Tour, Bluegrass Festival, Morgan Heritage Day, Ice Cream Social, Lippitt Morgan show. There are weekly Farmers Markets in the neighboring towns of S. Royalton & Woodstock. Chelsea has a large annual Antique/Flee Market in summer, S. Royalton celebrates Old Home Days. Go to a local fair in the late summer/early autumn. Of course - Fall Foliage!

There are many mini breweries in VT, some you might know the names of, others, like VT Hard Cyder, you may not be familiar with. There are cheese producers, wineries, golf courses, maple sugarhouses & of course, covered bridges! Tunbridge (town of bridges) still has 5 passable bridges. Montshire Museum in Norwich,& VINS nearby.
