The house sits back from the road in Manchester village, opposite 2 fantastic golf courses, including the Ekwanok. It is a stone's throw from the Equinox hotel (with its amazing spa and tennis facilities). A 5-minute drive takes you to the factory outlet stores in Manchester.

This is a year-round property. Within close distance are numerous ski mountains: Bromley (10 minutes), Stratton (20 minutes), and Mount Snow (25 minutes). The house backs onto the Green Mountains offering stunning views and hiking opportunities.

The inside of the property has been furnished tastefully and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom has been totally overhauled recently to include a frameless glass shower. The lounge is extremely cozy with wood burning stove, TV, DVD player and sound system. Off the lounge is a bright sun room which leads to the back deck - very private and peaceful. The kitchen is very spacious with breakfast bar or full dining suite. All bedrooms are ample sized, 2 with queen-size beds and the other two twins.

WEEKEND RATE $500 (SAT/SUN). HOLIDAY WEEKENDS $800.
MIDWEEK SPECIAL $150 NIGHTLY.
2-night minimum stay.

High Season (Oct - Feb) $2000 per week.
Low Season $1500 per week.
