Holiday week in winter: $2,100. Non-holiday winter week: $1,750.
Spring skiing week: $1,500.
Summer week: $975.
Fall foliage week: $1,750.
Daily rate (minimum 3 day stay) Non-holiday weekend: $300 plus $80 for cleaning service.
Deposit: $300. Vermont taxes and fees additional. No charge for cleaning on stays of a week or longer.
