Summer rates - $305/night 5-7 days $295/night
Presidents Week - $410/night.
Thanksgiving Special - $280/night (4 night stay).
December 20-25 - $485/night.
December 26 - January 4 - $535/night.
Winter/Fall
3-4 day non-holiday weekend - $385/night.
Holiday weekend - $410/night.
$75 cleaning fee with each rental.
Damage/security deposit equal to one night’s fee.
