$400 - $700 / night (3-night minimum).
Security deposit - Separate check of $500 with confirmation to be returned unless damage occurs.
Cancellation: Full refund if canceled 45 days before arrival, 50% refund if canceled 15 days before arrival and a full refund if owner can rent the property for equal sum as rented.
