Summer rate, June 1 - Sept. 1, 2009, is for 7 days, Saturday to Saturday: $1500 plus 15% for Vermont State Rooms tax and gratuity charge, plus $400 returnable security/damage deposit.

Winter rates are $400 per night plus 15% for Vermont State Rooms tax and gratuity charge, plus returnable $400 security/damage deposit. 2-night minimum. 5-night minimum for vacation weeks.
