Caspian Lake Beachfront Cottage
This cottage is right on Caspian Lake, with its own sandy beach. A swimming raft, a green canoe and a padddleboat are available for use. Watch the sun set over the lake in the evening.
The living room, dining room, three of the bedrooms, and the large deck overlook the lake. There are four bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, and one bedroom and bathroom, large living room with fireplace, dining room with fireplace, kitchen and utility room with washer and dryer downstairs. The kitchen is equipped with stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. LR has a TV and DVD player.
In addition to this premiere location on the lake, there is a large yard and a gurgling brook. The house is set on the lake and a good distance from the road. The lakeshore road is great for long walks as well.
3.5 miles from Willys General Store, 3 1/2 hours from Boston, a quiet and relaxing lakefront vacation.

The cottage is available for $1100 per week, June - August.
It is available for $900 per week, May and Sept.
The cottage is rented Friday to Friday. Check out time is 11 AM Friday, and check in 3 PM Friday.
The 9% Vermont room tax is added to rent.
