On the shore of Newark Pond, this home provides a peaceful getaway from the stresses of daily life. Use the canoe to explore the shoreline, much of which is protected from growth by The Nature Conservancy. Brook Trout abound and are stocked yearly by the State of Vermont. The Pond is well known locally for having nesting Loons each year. To the joy of most, personal watercraft (Jet skis) are not allowed.

The home is fully equipped with laundry appliances, microwave, gas cook stove, electric coffeemaker, dishwasher, and TV, DVD player, and VCR. A gas grille is also available for use. Linens are provided.

A picnic table and Adirondack chairs will allow you to enjoy the view of the Pond while dining or reading a book.

Lake Willoughby and several first class restaurants are within a 20-minute drive.

July and August: $800/week.
June, September and October: $600/week.
Weekends: $300.
Plus 9% Vermont Rooms Tax.
