This is a quaint cottage directly overlooking Island Pond. It is available for warm-weather use although a space-heater makes it comfortable in early autumn and spring. There is a lovely screened-in porch facing the lake, a comfortable living room, a full-kitchen with all appliances and utilities, and a full bath (with shower). There are two bedrooms: one with double bed and one with twin. The living room contains a futon which opens to a double bed. There is a picnic table, lawn chairs and a canoe for summer use.

Summer $450/week. Fall/Spring rates upon request.
