Located on Shadow Lake in Concord Vermont this cabin is on a two acre site at the end of a private drive. The cabin is set up for year-round use, with an open kitchen-living-dining space with double archways to a full-width sunroom that looks out to a large side lawn and over 200 feet of lake frontage.

The cabin has central heating and a gas fire free-standing stove to enjoy on chilly days. The kitchen is fully equipped. Sliding glass doors lead to an open deck, gas grill, outside dining furniture, and lawn chairs. There are puzzles, books, games, wireless internet and satellite television for entertainment when inside. Franconia Notch, Littleton, NH, and St.Johnsbury, VTare close by.

Swim, fish, boat, or hike from your front door. Large dock and a swim raft allow easy access to water activities. There are kayaks and a rowboat with electric motor for you to use. There is an outside fire pit and wood for campfires.

In winter, snowmobile or cross country ski right from the cabin. The VAST trail system is accessible without having to truck your machines. There is a detached garage for storage. Burke Mt., Bretton Woods, and Cannon Mt. are a 30-40 minute drive away.

Hardwood floors, entry ramp, and first floor bedroom are helpful for anyone with a walker. Not fully ADA compliant.

Available weekly year round. 3 night stays are available in spring and late fall.
Maximum occupancy: 5 people
$950 per week for 2 people, $1050 for 3-5 plus 9% VT tax. $75 cleaning fee. $175 per night
