This cozy little cottage is perched right on the edge of town not 2 blocks from Willeys general store and 4 blocks from the beach on Caspian Lake. A cross-country ski trail running through the back yard connects to a large network of groomed trails throughout the area. The house, not much larger than a postage stamp, has a small bedroom with twin beds, a larger "master" bedroom with queen bed, comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen. A picture-perfect barn next to the house will accommodate more kids once it has been remodeled. Come and enjoy a small slice of heaven in the beautiful Northeast Kingdom almost any time of the year. Pets might be allowed if their total weight is less than 35 pounds, and they are fully house broken and well behaved. No smoking, please.

$700/week plus 9% Vermont rooms tax. Weekly rentals only, Saturday to Saturday
Discount rates for multiple weeks or seasonal rentals can be negotiated.
