VT Rooms tax of 9% added to all rates.
$200 damage deposit is also required at time of booking. After house inspection, this will be returned to you.

One-half of rental fee required upon booking, and the remainder one month before arrival.

Rental time is from Sat. to Sat. - check in at 2 p.m. and out at 11 a.m. Some flexibility may be allowed upon approval.

Owner lives only 1/2 mile away and available to address rental needs.
