Three bedroom, 2 bathroom home has large living room with fireplace, family room which opens to the large front deck with sunken hot tub. Dining room Sliders open onto our outside dining area with table, chairs and bar-b-q for outside dining. The laundry room is just off of the large living room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms:large master with King bed; smaller bedroom with Queen bed and large bedroom with King and single beds. There is a bathroom with shower upstairs and a bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub downstairs. the main entry door is on the side of the house with entry through the laundry area and into the living room. There are slider doors from the Family room to the deck with Hot Tub as well as slider doors leading to the outside bar-b-q and dining area. off of the dining room. The is a stairway(20 steps), with banister, leading to the downstairs deck(20 feet), dock(18 feet) and beach area mostly sand with some small pebbles. The water slopes gently to 8 feet deep at the end of the dock. Perfect for diving and jumping! There is seating for six or more on the waterfront deck. Air conditioning and heat(if required) is available throughout the house. For water activities, swimming and fishing, we provide row boat, canoe and paddle boat, as well as a selection of water floats and toys. There is a fire pit for use, but no wood provided. Wood can be purchased in small bundles from our local Country Store. Fine dining is available within a mile from our door as well as at a restaurant nearby. Stowe and Jay Peak are both within an easy 40 minute drive from our door. Good for activities and dining!

We rent during the Summer and Fall only. July and August rentals are for full weeks only, Sat. to Sat. Spring and Fall may be on a three days or more basis. May, June - $200/day, 3 day min. or $1200/week; July, August- $2000/wk; Sept.,Oct. $200/day, 3 day min. or $1200/week.
