Comfortable, peaceful and convenient three-bedroom house on 12 acres of beautiful woods with marked trails and a stream. Wonderful for snowshoeing. On a quiet gravel road two miles from the quaint village of Greensboro and pristine Caspian Lake.
On upper level: Living room with fireplace, dining room, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave; laundry room with washer and dryer; sun porch; bathroom with tub and shower; and two bedrooms (one with queen, one with double bed).
On lower level: Sunroom, large carpeted playroom with wood stove, a bedroom with twin beds and bathroom with tub and shower. Crib and porta-crib available.
There is a lovely garden in front of the house, with some vegetables and a large grassy area for play. A deck and backyard have furniture and a grill. The lake beach is nearby, and many miles of beautifully-groomed trails for skiing or hiking begin at the Highland Lodge, 1/2 mile away. There are VAST snowmobile trails and golf and tennis nearby. The Lodge has a nice restaurant, and so does the town of Hardwick, 20 minutes away. Drive to nearby Stowe, Jay Peak, Burke Mtn. for downhill skiing.

Bed linens, towels and firewood are provided.
No smoking.
Dogs considered, with additional rental deposit
