The house has a fully-equipped kitchen and a furnished deck entered from both outside and the main living room. A screened porch off the master bedroom is also entered from the deck. There is a first floor bathroom with shower and a second floor half bath. The house divides well into upstairs and downstairs living spaces, suitable for two couples or a family.
