This Vermont lakefront rental cottage is available all seasons. Enjoy swimming, boating, biking & hiking in the summer, foliage & hiking in the fall, x-country skiing & snow shoeing in the winter or writing & meditation retreats anytime.

Built in 2002 the cottage has an open living/kitchen/dining space, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower & an enclosed bedroom downstairs. Upstairs is an open loft with additional beds/futons on other side of a stairwell half-wall. The camp is winterized & heated by a woodstove & radiant floor backup heat.

We have 150' lake frontage with great swimming, kayaking & canoeing & modest fishing. Loons nest on a protected northwestern section of the pond. (2/3 of pond is a wildlife management area.)

8 miles to Caspian Lake (or Hardwick for fine dining), 17 miles to Craftsbury Outdoor Center. The Kingdom Trails are 24 miles to the east in East Burke & downhill skiing at Stowe, Burke & Jay Peak are all within 45 min - 1 hr away.

$800 weekly; $150 night, 2-night minimum (for both weekend or midweek rentals).
