The Blacksmith Chalet is a two-story post-and-beam building with loft overlooking mountains and fields. The building dates from the 1820s and was formerly used as a blacksmith shop. The chalet has parking for RV/Boat/Trailer and linens are provided. The bedroom has a queen size mattress. Wireless highspeed internet is available. The kitchen is full size including cooking utensils, stove, refrigerator and microwave. No smoking or pets are allowed.

Located 1/2 mile from historic Old Stone House Museum, not far from Lake Willoughby, Orleans Country Club Golf Course, 20 to 30-minute drive to both Jay Peak and Burke Mountain Ski Resorts. Activities in the area include horseback riding, museum, sightseeing, snowmobiling, biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, boating, swimming, fishing, golfing and restaurants.

$100/night... $600/week plus 9% Vermont tax, two-night minimum.
50% deposit is required within one week of booking to hold dates, $100 non-refundable if cancelled. The other 50% is due at least two weeks prior to arrival date.
