This three bedroom contemporary is comfortably designed to allow both great get togethers and personal privacy. Most rooms have cathedral ceilings with indirect lighting, comfortable furniture and ample space for your belongings. The Great Room has a fireplace for hours of entertainment and wall of windows that look deep into the woods. There are two decks, one with a charcoal grill, just perfect for relaxing. There is a clean four-person Jacuzzi in its own cedar-lined room for your comfort and enjoyment. Our lower level entrance has a heated ski room, 7' slate pool table, hot tub room and a washer and dryer. Firewood is available on-site and linens and towels are suppled. We are 5 minutes from downtown Wilmington and 15 minutes from the parking lot at Mt. Snow.
We have two options for cleaning...You can clean it yourself and leave it the way you found it or we can make arrangements to have a service clean it at an additional charge which is usually about $120 to $150.

Weekly and Weekend rentals as well as three-day holiday weekends.
Rates vary seasonally:
$500 - $750 for 2-night weekend,
$650 - $1100 for 3-day holiday weekends,
$750 - $1250 for a 7-night week.
Add 9% Vermont tax and 1% Wilmington tax to all rates.
