Huge kitchen with all the amenities, a large stone fireplace, an indoor hot tub for 4 - 6, and a foosball game. Beautiful mountain views and a five-minute drive to the mountain. Perfect house for entertaining family and friends. House is 3 years new. Preferably no pets.

Martin Luther King weekend or President's weekend: $2200.
Super Bowl Weekend special: $1600 Friday - Monday
Non-Holiday weekends: $1450 (Friday to Sunday), $300 any additional nights.
Summer rates Sunday to Sunday any week: $1000.
Columbus Day Weekend (foliage): $875.
Early winter season rentals December weekends (except Christmas):
- $1350 Friday to Sunday ($225 any additional night).
Holiday:
- Christmas weekend (Friday to Monday): $2400
- New Years weekend (Friday to Tuesday): $3200
- or December 26th - January 1st $4650.
Plus $100 cleaning fee.
