Fully Furnished Apartment in Quaint Secluded 1800s Farmhouse
The apartment is in an 1800's farmhouse, surrounded by gardens and woods, on a dead-end road. It is fully furnished, sleeps 4-8. It has two bedrooms, (one with a queen size bed and one with a full size bed), a living room with two futon couches, a kitchen, one bathroom, and a screened-in porch. Located on the Old Railroad Bed Recreation Trail, near the very popular Old Growth Forest, and also near the VAST system for snowmobiling. Within hiking distance is Loveland Ledge, which overlooks the Winooski River, the hills of Marshfield, and off in the distance, the famous Camel’s Hump. People can ski, snowshoe, run, walk, bike and hike on my property, the recreation trail, and beyond. And within one or two miles they can visit pristine and beautiful ponds and lakes. Groton State Forest is five miles away with lakes, forests, and great scenic hiking trails. Three different downhill ski centers are located within an hour of driving. No smoking in the apartment. Pets allowed after obtaining property owners' consent.
