Reservation/security deposit of $800 required. Reservation deposit becomes security deposit against cleaning/damage. Full rent plus tax is due at check-in. Book early. Many repeat customers book this property a year in advance.

Please note that this property is rented by the week during the summer season and available for long-term rental from mid-September to mid-June at a monthly rate that is discounted during the "off season".
