All this property is on over 2 acres of beautifully maintained lawn and gardens. A short walk down a shady path leads to public sandy beach.

Ideally located, you are in Highgate Springs - 45 minutes from Burlington, 20 minutes from Quebec's quaint Eastern Township Villages, one hour from Montreal. Golf courses, biking trails, and a wildlife refuge to explore are nearby; the lake, marshes and rivers are perfect for kayaking, birdwatching, fishing, or just enjoying from your screened porch a perfect, peaceful summer.
