Camp is 14x70; westerly, sunset / lake views; kitchen basics, microwave; TV, WIFI. Two decks, charcoal grill; campfire ring, porch-style yard swing, volleyball net. BYO linens and towels. Dander free; no pets / smoking outside only; parking for two vehicles.
Nature trails adjoining. Golf nearby. Gourmet waterfront restaurant, ten minutes by meadow, three minutes by car. Perfect biking, running: 18 miles of quiet island roads. Clean, sandy beaches, boating accesses nearby. Kayaks available.

Metropolitan Montreal, 45 minutes: Old Towne French charm, museums, culture, vacation destinations like Parc Safari, Granby Zoo, the Biosphere; quaint, francophone St. Jean sur Richelieu with its Canals/Locks/ Cafes/Shopping, 30 minutes by Richelieu Riverside country route. Owner prefers season-long rental from as early as 15 May to as late as 1 November; ... great bargain of $1500/month! Full summer rental--for at least three months, for up to four persons (up to 8, negotiable); no sublets; lease required; payment for an agreed season due in full at or before signing/occupancy. Security/Damage/Cleaning deposit, due at signing, refundable in full if no damage & property left clean as found. Monthly or weekly rental if available; $600/wk, $2000/mo, up to 4 persons. Rentals 30 days or less require 9% VT Rooms Tax. Early inquiries & reservations are encouraged. Reservations require a deposit of one half down, non-refundable.
