Mobile home tucked away on historic Isle La Motte. Sleeps six in three bedrooms. Basic, clean 14x70 home in open, grassy meadow, bordering trees, far from road. Westerly, sunset / lake views; kitchen basics, microwave, TV, wireless internet. Two decks, gas grill. Linens and towels are provided.
Nature trails adjoining (Goodsell Ridge Preserve). Golf nearby (Alburgh Country Club). Gourmet waterfront restaurant (Ruthcliffe Lodge), ten minutes by meadow, three minutes by car. Perfect biking, running: 18 miles of quiet island roads. Clean, sandy beaches nearby: (St. Ann's Shrine and Sand Dunes State Park). Boating accesses (2) nearby.
Two beach boats and paddles provided. Vacation outings abound! Metropolitan Montreal, 45 minutes: Old Towne French charm, museums, culture. Vacation destinations like Parc Safari, Granby Zoo, the Biosphere; quaint St. Jean sur Richelieu with its Canals / Locks, 30 minutes by riverside country route. No pets or smoking.
June 28 - Sept. 13: $700/week. Saturday 3 pm to Saturday 11 am.
June 14 - 28: early rates.
Sept. 13 - Oct. 18, leaf-peeper rates: $600/week.
Plus VT Rooms tax.
