Lake Champlain waterfront: This quaint, charming 2-story Cape Cod house is located on a dead end road. Newly remodeled 1st floor in 2009: new washer/dryer, dishwasher. Electric heat, Direct TV, DVD/VHS, selection of movies. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, Master has king-size bed, twin beds in 2nd bedroom, plus bunk beds on 1st floor. New Sealy mattress on King.
Enjoy the canoe & paddleboat; 50'of beach is a walk across the lawn. Relax on the new 20'x16' deck. Gas grill, picnic table, outdoor furniture. Bonfire pit on the beach; firewood/kindling included. We supply the linens & towels. If you don't want to cook, within a couple of miles drive, there are several quaint towns with excellent restaurants & delicious, inexpensive, home cooked meals.
Most camps use lake water; we have well water. Mooring, dock come with the rental. Magnificent westerly views & spectacular sunsets are free every night from 4-seaoned screened porch, deck or beach. Go exploring for "Champ" the Lake Champlain Monster, like the Loch Ness Monster.
For the comfort of others, NO pets or smoking please. Owner has asthma.
Conveniently located in Franklin County, it's 36 min., mostly Interstate, to Burlington, 45 min. to Montreal & Plattsburgh, NY.

Rental is from Sat.-Sat. Check-in is after 3 pm & check-out is before 9 am.
