Beautiful cottage with 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, kitchen, dining, and open living area, enclosed back porch. Two decks overlooking lake just steps to the water. King-size bed in master, twin beds in 2nd bedroom, and a couch in the living room and enclosed back porch, could possibly sleep 4 - 5 people. Loft for day use only. Living area has a gas fireplace and air conditioning, also air conditioning in master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen, all linens and towels provided. Two TVs, DVD, local phone, barbeque, and a boat mooring included. No smoking, dogs considered.

We are located ten minutes to Burlington, less than a mile to a park with all facilities and a bike path along the lake. Montreal is 90 miles and Stowe is 45 minutes. Everything is included linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes, cleaning supplies, washer and dryer, laundry detergent etc...

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

May 7 - June 24 $1300 per week.
June 25 - September 2 $1600 per week.
September 3 - October 29 $1300 per week.

Plus 9% VT rooms tax.
$150 cleaning fee if the cottage isn't left as clean as when you arrived.

Half of the total amount will be due to reserve your week or weeks and is non refundable; the balance is due one month before arrival. $500 refundable security deposit will be due upon arrival. If there isn't any damage and the cottage is as clean as when you arrived we will refund it on the day you depart.
