Beautiful cottage with 2 bedrooms, loft, 1 1/2 baths, kitchen, dining, and living area open, enclosed back porch. Two decks over-looking lake just steps to the water. King size bed in master, twin beds in 2nd bedroom, loft has a twin mattress, and a couch in the living room and back porch, could possibly sleep 5 to 6 people. Living area has a gas fireplace and air conditioning, also air conditioning in master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen, all linens and towels provided. Two TV's, VCR, local phone, and a boat mooring included. We are located ten minutes to Burlington, less than a mile to a park with all facilities and a bike path along the lake. Montreal is 90 miles and Stowe is 45 minutes. No Smoking, dogs considered
