The house is seven miles from Burlington, two miles from historic Shelburne Farms with extensive walking trails and three miles from the fascinating Shelburne Museum. Shelburne has several excellent restaurants, art galleries, exceptional children's book and toy stores, a great coffee/wine shop, one of the best supermarkets featuring local produce and meat, and a delicious Saturday morning Farmer's Market. It is a great house to use as a base for biking, kayaking, hiking, relaxing and exploring Vermont. Montreal, Canada is an easy day trip.

Rates for 2010
June, July, August: $1800 per week, two-week block is $1700 per week.
May, Sept, Oct: $1,700 per week.
All rates are subject to 9% VT Rooms Tax.
