Our beautifully landscaped home with its authentic Vermont character is only a 5 minutes walk to the lakeshore. it is located directly on the Champlain Bikeway and has super views of Lake Champlain & the Adirondacks, with the Green Mountains of Vermont visible in the east.

Koospem Lodge is a very comfortable home with 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a loft with pull-out bed, a large fully-equipped kitchen & dining room, a spacious living room with cathedral ceiling & TV, 1 1/2 baths, washer/dryer, a screened porch & a deck with awesome views of the lake. It sleeps 2 in each bedroom, + an additional 1 or 2 on the futon. Everything you need is here, except for your personal items & linens.

There is much to do in the area. Visit the Ticonderoga or Crown Point historic sites. Take a short drive to Middlebury, Burlington or Vergennes, where you will find many cultural events and excellent restaurants. 5 state parks are less then 1/2 hour away. Escape, explore, & experience hiking, biking, tennis, swimming, boating, fishing, birding, skydiving, golf, museums and more. If you have a boat, a local marina will rent you a slip. Or just relax with a book and enjoy the view.

We are ideally located in the scenic central Champlain Valley, just north of the Lake Champlain Bridge to Crown Point, NY.

We are only a 35 minute drive to Burlington (home of The University of Vermont), or about 20 minutes to Middlebury (home of Middlebury College). The Adirondacks are a few minutes away across the lake in New York.

Our summer rental is $995 per week or $1895 for 2 weeks with a deposit required. 3 day minimum in fall.
