Comfortable Chalet with Terrific Views
With its authentic Vermont character, this property is located in West Addison, about 200 yards from the shore of Lake Champlain and a few minutes from the beach. It has stunning views of Lake Champlain, and of the Adirondack Mountains across the lake in New York. The Green Mountains of Vermont are visible to the east. It is located adjacent to a farm, and it is directly on the Lake Champlain Bikeway.
"Koospem Lodge" is very comfortably furnished. It includes 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a large kitchen and dining room, a living room with a cathedral ceiling and satellite TV, a loft with pull out bed, 1 1/2 baths, a screened porch, and a deck. It sleeps 2 in each bedroom, and an additional person or 2 on the pull out bed. It is fully equipped except for your linens.
We are smoke free and pet free.
Escape, explore and experience good hiking and biking, tennis, golf, swimming, boating, fishing, birding, and more. Koospem is close to historic sites like Ticonderoga and Crown Point. Nearby there are cultural events, and fine dining in Vergennes, Middlebury and Burlington. 5 state parks are less then a 1/2 hour drive away.

We are open until November at $950 per week, $1700 for 2 weeks, or $450 for a weekend.
Currently, there are still openings from August thru the October leaf peeping season.
