This 4-season, fully equipped house in the popular Holiday Point Community, sleeps four with two twins and a full-size bed. Sunny front room with wood stove, ceiling fans, and a pleasant wooded backyard make for a relaxing setting. There is a kayak and canoe for your enjoyment, and a grill and picnic table are also available for use on the property. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, VCR/DVD, fully equipped kitchen, towels and bedding are all provided. No pets. No smoking.
The beach is an easy walk, only a few hundred feet away. Enjoy the foliage in the Fall, ice fishing or cross country skiing, etc., in the winter.
40 minutes from Burlington. 1.5 hours from Montreal QC.

Summer Rates:
$150/night (three-night minimum) including VT rooms tax
$700/week (Saturday to Saturday)
$1200 for two weeks
$2200 for a month
Cottage is comfortable for four. 
Extra persons $60 per person, max. six people.
September - May Rates:
$150/night (three-night minimum)
$500/week (Saturday to Saturday)
$750 for a month (no more than 4 people), including utilities.
Includes VT rooms tax.
Also, there is a $300 damage fee, which will be returned if everything is OK after inspection.
Reservations are required with a nonrefundable $50 deposit.
