Adorable cottage nestled among a quiet, family-oriented community of summer cottages (50 ft. to sandy beach) on Beach Road in Colchester. Shaded yard with picnic table, hammock, and dead-end street offer safe places to play. A mooring is available, so bring a boat or rent one from across the bay. Vermont's only drive-in theater is 5 minutes away and Burlington is 15 minutes. The cottage includes: eat-in kitchen, living room with knotty pine walls, 3/4 bath, a screened-in porch, and 3 bedrooms upstairs (beds sleep 5). Two additional twin beds are located on the porch for lazy naps, and gas grill outside. Please provide your own linens and water toys. No pets please.
