With WiFi, cable TV, and a gas grill you will be as comfortable as you at home, but you'll be steps away from Lake Champlain's refreshing water. Swim, float, splash, fish. Bring your own toys to play in the lake or on the grassy lawn.Our home is the perfect spot to use your kayaks, floating toys, corn hole or croquet sets. There is a dock to fish from or to tie up your own boat to from Labor day to Memorial day.

After a day of outdoor fun and sunshine, you'll find everything you need to prepare family meals in our fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy family dinners on the large outside deck table where you can listen to the lake breeze rustling the leaves on the shade trees. Finish off the day sitting around the fire on our lakeside patio. Show the kids the many visible constellations, roast marshmallows for s'mores and share laughs and memories of the day.

Our family has enjoyed this beautiful, special spot on Lake Champlain for over 50 years. We are sure who visits will love it as much as we have.

Minimum stay: 3 day 2 night stay at $450 per night with discounted rates for additional nights.
9% Vermont Rooms and Meals Tax and $500 refundable deposit are additional. As well as an optional bath towel and bed linen fee of $100 per use.
