Enjoy Lake Champlain sunrises from the private dock or spacious deck of our comfortable 4000 square foot year-round home. Our home has 4 large bedrooms, 3.5 baths, sleeps 10 and is situated on three acres. Dinner is easy to prepare in the newly renovated kitchen or on the gas grill. Read a book on the sun porch or play ping pong in the game room. The master bedroom is located on the second level and has beautiful lake views. The bedroom on the first floor has its own adjacent full bath.

Amenities include washer, dryer, outdoor shower, kayaks (2), ping pong table, mooring, WiFi. Sheets are provided, however, guests must bring their own bath and beach towels.

A quick 25 minutes from Burlington, South Hero is home to fabulous biking, sailing and a private winery (free concerts on Thursday nights).

Early Season: June 16, 2018, through June 23, 2018: $2,500 / week or $500 /night (3-night minimum) plus 9% VT Rooms tax

High Season: June 23, 2018 through September 1, 2018: $3,800 / week plus 9% VT Rooms tax.

Late Season: September 1, 2017 Through September 15, 2017: $2,500/ week or $550 /night (3 night minimum) plus 9% VT Rooms tax

A $500 damage deposit is required. This amount will be refunded provided House is in the same condition as arrival with no damage.

A $1,000 deposit will hold your reservation, with payment in full 30 days before rental start date
