Porch faces the broad lake providing spectacular western view sunsets. Living room has feather sofa and love seat that are large enough to accommodate 2 more sleeping guests. 22in. TV is connected to Direct TV and has attached DVD player.
1 King bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 double bed with ceiling fans and floor fans for every room. Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and table that seats 6. Bathroom has enclosed shower, and stacking washer and dryer. Small office off kitchen for storage. Contains card table with 4 chairs and foldable beach chairs. Side porch contains the gas grill and room for beach toys/fishing supplies.
Large yard has plenty of room for parking and yard games. Portable fire pit is in the yard next to front screened porch. Landscaped small pond with fountain in front of porch. New 10X10 lakefront deck and Pebble beach with 40 ft. dock located across the street. Water shoes recommended for walk-in beach. 12ft. aluminum fishing boat with oars and 2 kayaks on beach near dock with aluminum ladder.
Mooring also available if you have a small boat.

You must bring your own drinking water, linens, towels, soap for dishwasher and laundry.
No internet at the cottage, but Internet Cafe 3 miles away.

Available by the week from June through September. Off season rates for part of June and part of September. Historic St. Ann's Shrine and Prehistoric Fiske Quarry and Goodsell Ridge Fossil preserve a short bike ride away. Alburg Links 18 hole golf course is less than 5 miles away! A 50% deposit is required upon booking. A rental agreement with details and terms will be provided in advance of booking. Come and enjoy a relaxing vacation with all the conveniences of home.
