Comfortable, cozy west-facing summer cottage on the Isle La Motte passage, in South Alburgh. Equipped kitchen, bath with shower. Sleeps up to 6. Two bedrooms, one with double bed, one with bunk beds. Double sleeper sofa on enclosed porch (separate for privacy), double sleeper sofa in living room. Completely furnished except linens and towels (there are pillows and blankets). Small washer/dryer included. Picnic table and gas grill.

The cottage is on 3 beautiful acres with plenty of shade. It has a big yard with lots of room for volley ball, croquet or other activities. Private rock beach with dock and mooring is across Rte. 129, a quiet local road to Isle La Motte. Great local biking on the islands on Champlain Islands Bikeways routes. Alburgh and the islands are accessible by car: 40 minutes north of Burlington, 50 minutes to Old Port Montreal. No smoking and no pets please.

$1,000 per week plus VT rooms tax. Off season and weekend rates available.
