2009 Rental Rates:
$650/week.
Available May through October.
Plus 9% Vermont room tax and $50 cleaning fee.
50% down (non-refundable) along with signed contract to reserve.
$100 Security/damage deposit (refundable if clean and no damage found).
Balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
