Delightful year-round 2+ bedroom, 1-bath house on 1.5 acres of very private lakefront point surrounded by 300’ of shoreline in Grand Isle. The large, charming, front screened porch leads to plenty of grassy yard, a dock, boat lift, mooring, and fire pit.

Inside has fully equipped gourmet kitchen with gas range and dishwasher, plus a washer-dryer, and a roomy bathroom with separate tub/shower. WiFi, CD/DVD player, TV monitor, and a stereo with speakers on the porch. Several fans provided. Fully insulated and heated for colder months.

The house sleeps 6; linens are provided. One queen bedroom, another with two twins (plus small upper bunk), and a magical queen birch "berth."

Spectacular 270 degree lakefront views face east, south, and southwest, and include Mount Mansfield, Camel's Hump, the three Mad River Valley peaks, and the Adirondacks.

Water entry is via shale bottom for great weed-free swimming. There is a dock and a floating swim raft, as well as optional mooring use possible for an additional fee.

May, June, September, October - $1,200
July, August - $1,700
Week of July 4th - $1,800

Rates reduced for multiple week rentals.

Shorter stays considered on an individual basis, Spring and Fall only.
Sun. - Thurs. = $300/night, 3 night min.
Weekend = $800/Fri. and Sat. night

Security deposit of $400 due upon reservation, refunded within 3 weeks of departure if no damage. Cancellations or excessive damages will not be refunded. Rental payment in full due 45 days before occupancy. $100 cleaning fee. Dog fee. Mooring fee. 9% VT rooms tax.
