Features include: privacy, fantastic Lake Champlain, Adirondack mountain and sunset views. Fully equipped kitchen, full length deck. Master bedroom with private bath, two bedrooms share a bath. Living room with vaulted ceilings, and a wall of windows to the west with views of the Lake and Adirondacks. Easy access via private path to beach for your canoe or kayaks, great for swimming. Only 6 minutes to shopping, restaurants, boat access. Only 12 minutes to Burlington. Close to Shelburne Farms, Vermont Teddy Bear, Shelburne Vineyards and The Inn at Shelburne Farms. We do not accept pets.

Weekly rentals:
March, April, 2009 $1,000 per week or $750 for up to 3 nights.
May, early June 2009: $1500 per week.
June 14th -30th, July, August 2009: $2500 per week.
September/October 2009: $1500 per week.
Plus 9% VT Rooms Tax and damage/cleaning deposit.
Saturday 3 P.M. to Saturday 10 A.M. peak seasons.
