Boat access nearby, dock, mooring and pedalboat in summer. Excellent fishing spot! Ice fishing shanties directly in front of cottage in winter.
House is immaculate, very nicely furnished, and well-equipped. Washer-dryer. Boat rentals nearby, easy access to hiking, bike trails, snowshoeing, x-country skiing, antiquing, arts and great restaurants. One and a half hours to Montreal, 45 minutes to Burlington, and zero miles to peace and tranquility.

October- April $750/week
November - April $650/week.
Daily rental rates:
$175/night, 3-night minimum.
Plus 9% VT rooms tax on all rentals of 30 days or less.
