Relax on the hammock, outdoor porch, or dock overlooking Lake Champlain with gorgeous sunsets. Indoor west-facing porch holds large dining table, perfect for entertaining up to 10 or playing card games, puzzles, etc. Keep warm by the fireplace on chilly evenings, or cool off in the lake on warm sunny days. Stairway leads to private waterfront and dock, where 2 kayaks await a paddle or bird watching.

Enjoy the beautiful, Vermont countryside and Burlington (20-minute drive via causeway) for great restaurants, music, etc. Bike to nearby favorites: Sand Bar State Park/Beach, golf course, Blue Paddle Restaurant, and Seb's ice cream stand. Pack a picnic and enjoy free music weekly at Snowfarm Vineyards.

Bring a book, friends, and water shoes, but please no pets. No smoking.

Plus 9% Vermont rooms tax. $75 cleaning fee.


$500 down payment (non-refundable) with signed contract to reserve.
Security/damage deposit of $200 (refundable within 14 days of departure).
Total balance due one month prior to arrival.
