Quiet, picturesque country road in South Hero, near Sand Bar State Park. Centrally located - 1/2 hour to Burlington, 1+ hour to Montreal, 10 minutes to NY ferry, 1 hour to the mountains.

$650 weekly (6 nights 7 days), or $115 nightly rates with a two-night minimum.

All rates are plus 9% VT rooms tax and security deposit of $200 (to hold reservation) that is credited to your balance due upon arrival. Additional pet deposit with prior arrangement.

Check-in is 2pm EST unless pre-arranged earlier. Check-out time is by noon EST unless pre-arranged differently.
