4BR sleeps 8 (2 queen, 1 full, 2 twin), 2BA, W/D, dining room, living room, screened porch, well equipped kitchen, grill, TVs and swimming dock. Fishing and boating at your door. Nearby are great restaurants, boat rentals/marina, golf, hiking, parks. 20 minutes from Burlington.

NOTE: Access to the water & dock is via a path at one end of the property but due to the cliff-side setting, this property is best suited for adults. Sorry, no pets, no smoking.

Available Saturday to Saturday from late June through early September.
$1450/week plus 9% VT rooms tax.
