Comfortable two-bedroom lakefront cottage in Bridport VT with great views of the lake and Adirondack Mountains. We are located 20 minutes away from the Middlebury College area. In addition to enjoying lake activities, it's a great area for biking, shopping, antiquing, golfing or visiting the many historic places in VT and New York. Within 1 -1 ½ hours you can be in the Shelburne and Burlington area. Easy access via the new Lake Champlain Bridge leads you to New York's Adirondack area. There you can visit the Lake George, Lake Placid and Saratoga regions.

The cottage is fully furnished and has a pellet stove for heat. The kitchen and living room have an open floor plan which opens onto an upper deck. The outside features an additional lower deck with stairs leading to the lake, a gas grill, dock. A canoe is also available for your use.

We appreciate advance notice for rental inquiries as we do not live in the Bridport area, and we prepare the cottage for rental ourselves.

Rates:
Weekly rates from Saturday to Saturday:
$ 850 for July & August
$ 700 in September
50% Non-refundable deposit due with signed contract to reserve
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Monday thru Friday rate: $ 650

Fees:
9% State of Vermont Rooms Tax
$ 75 cleaning fee

$ 250 refundable security deposit after inspection.

Check in time Saturday 3:00 PM. Check out time Saturday 10:00 AM.
