Enjoy 125 feet of private, lakeshore with three cabins (approx. 800 sq ft. each) on 1 acre. Cabin 1 and 2 are about 25 feet from the Lake, and Cabin 3 is across a small dirt road (Carter Lane) and is set back about 125 feet. Swim off our sturdy, 60’ dock, use our boat lift, or our 100 lb mooring which is set off shore for a sailboat or larger motor craft. A canoe, 2 kayaks, and a windsurfer are provided for your use.

The cabins are simple but comfortable and charming. Each cabin has 2 bedrooms. Cabin 1 and Cabin 3 have a sleeping loft big enough for 2 children. All cabins also have generous screened porches which face the lake, a fully set up kitchen (microwave, toasters, etc), a ¾ bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink, and a living /dining area. The main room has an exposed cathedral ceiling and the interiors are freshly painted in bright, summer colors.

The neighborhood is casual and relaxed and some of the other cottages on the road are rentals as well. In general, the area is family oriented and fairly quiet. Although everybody has people who come to visit, by 10 pm you can count on the area becoming pretty quiet. Late night activities are available only 25 minutes away in downtown Burlington.

Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday from June through September:
Rent 1, 2, or 3 of the lakefront cabins. Cabin 1 is $900, Cabin 2 is $850, Cabin 3 is $800.
In addition there is a 9% VT rooms tax and a $50 cleaning fee.
A modest discount is available for longer stays or multiple cabin rentals.
