With all the amenities of your home in our Carriage Barn, the second floor apartment has a mix of modern and vintage charm. With a claw-foot soaking tub in the bath as well as a modern shower and an intriguing sink, it has all the charm and elegance to make your vacation a hit.

Adjacent to the bathroom are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and one with a double bed. The dining room, living room, and game area all have windows overlooking the lake and the beautiful lawns and gardens. The dining room has a window seat to really relax and get comfortable.

The galley kitchen handles a crowd or couples with modern appliances as well as a dishwasher. The basics of any kitchen are there (spices, sugar,etc.) We include paper products, linens, and towels. A washer and dryer are available as well.

When evening comes and the sun is setting, you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the show... or on the deck overlooking the beach... or on the docks and enjoy the sunset close to nature. We also have a private BBQ area with gas grill and table, great for entertaining guests, and deep water mooring.

Isle LaMotte is a quiet place -- no main highways -- therefore, you can walk, bike, roller blade, run, etc. or you can do water sports or just fish.

We are close to Montreal for extra fun!

We rent all seasons. The summer is our busiest time, but Thanksgiving week, Christmas time, Presidents week are also popular.

We rent by the week -- $1000/week plus 9% VT rooms tax -- but do inquire about dates and times convenient for you.

Also, there is a $250 damage fee, which will be returned if everything is OK. Reservations are required with a $500 deposit.
