The 1st floor master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a rustic log cabin feel. Spacious additional bedroom upstairs has 2 twin beds, one double, and lake views. 50% non-refundable deposit required upon signing of contract. There must be enough time to be able to exchange paperwork before arriving.
Security/damage deposit of $500 (immediately refundable following inspection).
Total balance due one month prior to arrival for early bookings.
Cash or check accepted. Bank checks if less than a week before rental. Personal checks one month prior. Wire transfers for last-minute reservations.
