The cottage is located just minutes away from a general store and a favorite spot of the locals for food and ice cream. Less than 45 min. to Burlington and only 1/2 hour to Middlebury.

Rental Pricing
August $1700 per week plus 9% VT room tax (weekly only)
Sept/Oct $1300 per week plus 9% VT room tax
$200/night after Sept 1st plus 9% room tax and cleaning expenses after (3 night minimum stay).
There must be enough time to be able to exchange paperwork before arriving.
50% non-refundable deposit required upon signing of contract.
Security/damage deposit of $500 (refundable following inspection)
Total balance due one month prior to arrival.
Cash or check accepted. Bank checks only if less than a week before rental.
