3 bedroom year-round A frame sits on 2+ acre field on the east side of Lake Bomoseen in neighborhood setting in Bomoseen. Open style living room/kitchen area has newly renovated kitchen and is equipped with electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, cookware, dishes and utensils. Living room with 2 couches (one with sofa bed) cable TV and DVD/VCR player. Small but full bathroom and washer/dryer are downstairs. Narrow spiral stairs lead to upstairs. Master bedroom has queen bed/Cable TV; two spare rooms - one w/queen and one w/bunk beds. Pillow and blankets included but provide your own sheets/towels. No smoking inside and well-behaved pets considered (rules apply!). No swimming access from house - public beach (Crystal Beach) is 2 minute walk from house. House must be left clean. Any cleaning costs deducted from deposit. Nearby is hiking, swimming, horseback riding, mini golf, mall, movies, restaurants - all within 5-45 min drive.

Large deck with 180° panoramic view of lake has hot tub, gas grill, table/chairs for 6 & chiminea. Outside fire pit. Canoe, flat bottom boat and paddle boat are included; dock & boat ramp are very close. Woodard Marina within 10 minutes' drive offers boat/water toy rentals. Please provide your own life vests and fishing equipment.

Available year round. Summer weekly rate is $900 plus 9% VT Rooms tax ($81). Separate one time hot tub fee of $165 if using hot tub.

DAILY RENTAL RATE: $110 per night plus a one time fee of $165 if you wish to use the hot tub. PayPal accepted!

NOTE: Rentals for July and August are Saturday to Saturday with a checkin time of 2PM and check out at 11AM. Property is not available for any long term rentals.
