Great Place with Hot Tub on Lake Bomoseen
3 bedroom year-round A frame sits on 2+ acre field on the east side of Lake Bomoseen in neighborhood setting in Bomoseen. Open style living room/kitchen area has newly renovated kitchen and is equipped with electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, cookware, dishes and utensils. Living room with 2 couches (one with sofa bed) cable TV and DVD/VCR player. Small but full bathroom and washer/dryer are downstairs. Narrow spiral stairs lead to upstairs. Master bedroom has queen bed/Cable TV. Two spare rooms; one with queen bed and one with bunk beds. Pillow and blankets included but provide your own sheets/towels. This is a unique house that we are continually updating but it is clean and comfy. Garage located on property is used for storage only and needs to be redone. No smoking inside. Well-behaved pets considered. No swimming access from house.
Large deck with 180° panoramic view of lake has hot tub, gas grill, table/chairs for 6 & chiminea. Outside fire pit. Dock, canoe, flat bottom boat and paddle boat are included and are within a minute's walk and boat ramp is a minute's drive. Woodard Marina within 10 minutes' drive offers boat/water toy rentals. Please provide your own life vests and fishing equipment. Crystal Beach (public) is 2-minute walk from house.

$900 per week plus 9% VT Rooms tax ($81). $300 hot tub rental fee is extra.
Rentals for July and August are Saturday to Saturday 2PM to 11AM.
Rest of year is open for weekly or weekend rentals.
